We launched this event in September 2008. The motivation was the satisfaction of all our customers, whose DeNOx-catalysts had been regenerated with our ultrasonic regeneration process during the last ten years.
The contact with our customers is very close and cooperative. The event-row is based on this. On occasion of the first Wildeshauser Catalyst Days colleagues from incineration plants reported on their experiences with ultrasonic regeneration and in-situ cleaning of DeNOx-catalysts.
The central topic of this event was the increase of energy harvest from the waste and substitute-material-combustion by reducing the reaction temperature in the DeNOx reactor.
The reheating of the flue gas in accordance with REA (Rauchgas-Entschwefelungs-Anlage known as FGD – Flue Gas Desulfurisation) produces a cost-intensive process step and thus it makes sense to consider the possibilities of reducing the reaction temperature in the DeNOx plant and to follow-up recalculations.
EBINGER's contribution is to adjust the DeNOx-catalysts to lower temperatures in the reactor. Which means: the same separation characteristics at 180° as previously at 270°C.
We will be glad to make the experience reports of our customers available for you.
